Frequently Asked Questions
Our classes are rolling, so you can start at any time! Our teachers will welcome and onboard you to the class on your first day and we recommend that you arrive a few minutes early to make your first class a great experience.
We make it easy to get started, so just bring yourself! High quality art supplies are included with your monthly class subscription. A few exceptions include our photography, video and iPad classes and camps, which require each student to bring their own camera or iPad.
We ask that you attend your weekly classes regularly, because the consistency and repetition are the keys to maximizing your experience. It also allows you to complete your artworks on time and reflect on the outcomes with the group. But we understand things come up, so if you miss a class please let us know. You can attend an Open Studio session, pending availability.
Your first month payment is a partial prorated payment based upon your start date. Then you will be billed on the 1st of every month thereafter.
Our weekly recurring classes meet year-round and many students stay with us through the summer. If you won’t be around in the summer we recommend freezing your membership and saving a seat for when you return.
If you plan to return within 6 months, we recommend freezing your membership by pre-paying for your returning month. You can set a restart date or get a credit that is valid for 6 months.
If you need to cancel your membership, you will be billed for one final membership payment on the 1st of the next month. You can attend classes through the end of your final month with us.
